First batch in 3 business days
Your content team. Everything they make is yours.
We create content that converts. A short-form content studio for direct-to-consumer brands. We work out the angles, write the scripts and produce the video, then hand you the calendar it posts against. Every batch does two jobs — organic on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and paid in your ad account. Full commercial rights, no expiry, nothing to renew.
- No subscription
- No call required
- You own every file

The film
How we actually work
Every piece on this page came out of the pipeline in that film. Watch it before you read the pricing.

What changed
Making video got free. Knowing what to make didn’t.
Two years ago the pitch in this category was volume. A hundred videos a month, more shots on goal. That pitch is dead and you already know it — Meta will generate video inside Ads Manager for nothing, and a hundred-dollar tool hands you ten AI actors before lunch.
So everyone has volume now. Nobody has a plan.
Which is the part that was always hard. What angles your buyers actually respond to, which formats carry them, how often to post, and what to kill — that work doesn’t get cheaper because rendering did. Cheap output lowered the floor, not the bar.
And in most brands nobody owns it. It sits between a founder who hasn’t got time, an agency that only buys media, and a freelancer who only makes files. So it doesn’t happen, or it happens once. We do the whole thing, on a schedule, and tell you what we’d cut.

The strategy
The strategy is the product. The video is how it gets delivered.
Every agency in this category says “content strategy” and none of them will tell you what’s in it. Here’s ours, in the order we do it.
- 01
We find out what your buyers already watch.
Your reviews, your comments, your competitors’ comments, and the accounts your customers follow instead of yours. That’s where angles come from. Not from a brainstorm and not from a prompt.
- 02
We decide the formats and the cadence.
Which angles run as founder-to-camera, which as POV, which as a listicle. How many a week, on which platforms, in what order. You get the calendar, not just the files.
- 03
We produce it end to end.
Scripts, actors, voice, footage, edit, captions, and every format cut for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and paid. Nothing goes back to you as a brief for someone else to finish.
- 04
We read what travelled and rebuild around it.
Retention curves, hook rate, saves and shares on organic; hook rate and cost per purchase on paid. Losers get cut and we say so. Winners get new openings until they stop working.
On the word “viral”
Nobody can name the video that pops, and anyone who promises you one is lying. What you can do is aim well and take enough shots. Angles pulled from what your buyers already say, formats that already work in your category, a cadence that gives the algorithm something to chew on — then read what travelled and make more of that. That’s the honest version of a viral strategy, and it’s the one we run.
How it works
Ten minutes of your time at the start, one reply in the middle, then it runs on a schedule. No kickoff call unless you want one.
- 01 — Brief
We audit what you’re running and what your buyers say.
Your account, your best and worst performers, your reviews and comments. One form, about ten minutes on your side. No kickoff call unless you want one.
- 02 — The plan
You see the angles and the scripts before we make anything.
Numbered, in an email, nothing to log into. Reply “go”, or strike the lines you don’t want and we won’t write them. If we haven’t heard inside 2 business days we build what we proposed — your delivery date never moves because of anyone’s inbox.
- 03 — Delivery
The batch lands as files you can post that afternoon.
Every piece cut 9:16 and 4:5, captions burned in plus a clean version, post copy with an opening line per platform, and the calendar it runs against. One link, and it stays live. One round of changes if you want them, inside 5 business days.
- 04 — What’s next
You post and run it. We rebuild off what travelled.
We start the day your brief lands — there is no queue to join. Buy another batch and it is built off what your feed and your ad account actually did: losers cut, winners given new hooks, lengths and openings.
Recent work
3 client · 4 spec · hover to pausePodcast cuts and recipe builds sit next to problem-agitate hooks on purpose — the same batch has to work in the feed and in the ad account.
Every person in these is an AI character and none of them is a real customer describing a real result. We don’t cross that line. The tiles marked spec are unpaid concepts made to show range — nobody commissioned them. If yours is the product in one and you want it down, email us and it’s gone.
What we mean by better
“Better” is a word every agency uses. Here is ours, itemised.
One batch, two jobs — organic and paid.
Everything we make is built to survive both. The same piece goes out as an organic post on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and straight into your ad account as paid creative. Most studios make ads that die in the feed because they read as ads, or feed content that falls over the moment you put spend behind it. You get one batch that does both, and whichever side pops first tells us what to make next.
Scripts come out of your reviews, not out of a prompt.
Someone reads your reviews, your comments, and your competitors’ comments, and writes in the words your buyers already use. A prompt-written script sounds like a prompt-written script, and that is the first thing a viewer clocks.
Hooks, not talking heads.
Someone reciting features is the single worst-performing thing you can post right now, and it’s most of what this category ships. Every piece is built around an opening that earns the next three seconds.
We cut the tells.
Speech cadence first, because that’s what gives AI away long before the visuals do. Then the hands, the faces, the on-screen text, the too-smooth grade. Most of the production effort goes here.
A human watches every file before you do.
Nothing ships because a render finished. If it wouldn’t survive our own feed, it doesn’t reach yours.
And what counts as one video
An angle is a net-new idea — a different story, actor, or reason to care. A video is a finished, ready-to-post file, and every angle ships as several. So twelve videos means twelve distinct files built from three genuinely different angles. Not one video exported at twelve aspect ratios, which is how most volume claims in this category are padded.
Every package includes
- Outright ownership of every file, forever
- A written content strategy, not a deck
- A posting calendar you can hand to anyone
- The angles and scripts back for approval before anything is produced
- 9:16 and 4:5, cut to run organic and as paid creative
- Burned-in captions, plus a clean version without
- Post copy for every piece, with an opening line per platform
- Three hook variants on every angle
- One round of changes on the finished batch
- A delivery link that stays live, and source files on request
The honest version
What you’re actually choosing between.
| DIY AI tools | Thousand Ads | Freelance creator | Social agency | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who owns the strategy | You | We do | Nobody | They do |
| What it costs | $30–$220/mo | $50–$1,500 per package | $150–$400 per video | $2,000–$30,000/mo |
| Who writes the script | You | We do, from your reviews | The creator | They do |
| Who decides what dies | You | We do, off your results | You | Sometimes |
| Time to first video | Minutes | 3–10 days | 7–21 days | 2–6 weeks |
| Who owns the finished content | You | You, outright and forever | Licensed — usually expires in 6–12 months | Usually you |
Those are market ranges, not our spin on them. If the tool column is enough for you, buy the tool — it’s cheaper than we are and we’ll be the first to say so.
And if an agency has quoted you five thousand a month for this, that quote isn’t wrong. It’s a different business — account managers, a floor to cover, and a two-to-six week start. We don’t have any of those, which is the only reason we can charge what we charge.
The part nobody prices
The compute alone costs most of what we charge.
A finished thirty-second ad isn’t one generation. It’s four or five shots, roughly three attempts each, and about a third of what you do accept still never makes the edit. Run the published API rates through that and thirty seconds of usable footage costs:
- Veo 3.1 Fast
- $15
- Kling 3.0 Standard
- $16
- Luma Ray 3.2
- $31
- Runway Gen-4.5
- $37
- Pika 2.5
- $51
Published rates, ~4.3× reroll multiplier · source
Growth works out at
a finished video
$400 for 7 of them. Against $15–$51 of raw footage for one, depending which model you’d have used — before anyone writes anything, decides anything, or watches it back.
What sits in the gap
- Reading your reviews and comment sections until the angles fall out
- Writing them, then writing three different openings for each
- Watching every render and binning most of them
- Cutting the speech cadence, the hands, the text, the grade
- Every ratio, captions burned in and a clean version of each
- Post copy per platform, and the calendar it all runs against
None of that is an argument that we undercut a $110 subscription. We don’t, and the FAQ below says so. It’s that you were paying for the footage either way — the only real question is whether you also want to spend your own week deciding which four of the twelve are worth money.

Need more than that?
Fifteen hundred is the ceiling on the packages, on purpose. Past it, tell us what you actually need and we’ll quote it.

Need more than the packages cover?
Fifteen hundred is the ceiling on the packages, and that’s on purpose — past it, the honest answer stops being a bigger checkbox and starts being a conversation. More than three products, a launch, a language we don’t list, a volume we’d have to staff for. Tell us what you actually need and we’ll quote it, or tell you we’re not the right shop.
Questions worth answering
Who is this actually for?
Mostly direct-to-consumer brands selling a physical product online — skincare, supplements, apparel, home, pet, beverage, fitness. That’s what the pipeline is built around: we work from your reviews, your product photography, and your TikTok, Reels and paid results. We do take work outside it — there’s software work in the grid above — but if you’re B2B, an app, a service, or a local business, say so at intake and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right shop before you pay anything.
Is this organic content or paid ads?
Both, and that’s the point of buying it in one place. The same angle gets cut for your feed and for your ad account, and what wins in one tells us what to make for the other. Most brands run these as two disconnected workstreams and pay twice for the privilege.
The long version: Organic vs paid TikTok →Who owns the content?
You do, outright, the day it lands. Full commercial rights on every platform, forever, with no expiry, no renewal fee, and nothing to re-license. Worth being precise about, because a creator deal is a licence, not a sale — those rights typically run out after 6 or 12 months, and extending them costs you again. Ours don’t run out, and nothing you have bought can be taken back.
The long version: Who owns AI content? →Why so few videos? Everyone else offers more.
Because more stopped being the hard part. A hundred videos a month from a pipeline that isn’t reading your results is a hundred videos you have to sort through yourself. We’d rather send twelve we can defend and tell you which four to put money behind.
The long version: More isn't the hard part →How fast is the first batch?
We start the day your brief lands — there is no queue and no kickoff call to schedule. Three business days for the $50 batch, five for Test and Growth, ten for Partner.
The long version: Your first 30 days →Do I get to approve anything before you make it?
Yes, and it costs you one reply. Before anything is produced we send the angles and the scripts, numbered, in an email — nothing to log into. Say “go” and we start; strike any line and we won’t write it. If we don’t hear back inside two business days we build what we proposed, because an approval step that can stall a project turns a fixed delivery date into an estimate. Silence costs you the chance to change the plan. It never costs you the deadline.
How do you actually deliver the files?
One link to a folder that stays live — not a transfer that expires in a fortnight, which would sit badly next to selling you the files outright. Inside: every piece in 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts and 4:5 for Meta feed, captions burned in plus a clean version of each, post copy with a separate opening line per platform, and the posting calendar. Source files whenever you ask.
Can I get changes made?
One round is included on every package. Reply within five business days of delivery and we re-cut: new hooks, different openings, tighter edits on what we made. A different angle or a new script is a new batch and we’ll tell you that rather than quietly absorb it. There’s no charge and no minimum size for a change — there’s a limit of one, so the schedule means something.
What if I hate the first batch?
It cost you $50, so not much is at stake. On any package: email us within 30 days and we refund it in full, and you keep the files either way.
The long version: The $50 first batch →Can you match my brand guidelines?
Yes. Send them at intake. Fonts, colors, tone, claims you can’t make, words you can’t say.
Do you post it for us?
We hand you a calendar and files scheduled against it, and we’ll load them into your scheduler if you give us access. We don’t take over your accounts and we don’t manage your ad spend — your buyer or your in-house team keeps that. If you want someone to run the media too, say so and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re it.
How do you make it?
With AI. The actors are AI characters and the footage isn’t filmed — that’s how the price sits under one creator’s day rate. It isn’t what you’re buying: you’re buying the angles, the formats, the cadence, and a human who decides what dies this week. We label AI content per Meta and TikTok’s requirements and we don’t produce fake testimonials or put words in the mouth of anyone claiming to be a real customer. That line isn’t negotiable.
The long version: UGC vs AI-generated ads →Do they look fake?
Some AI video does, and most of the cheap stuff does. We spend most of our production effort on the things that give it away — the speech cadence above all, then hands, faces, text on screen, the grade. Watch the work above and decide for yourself. That grid is the honest answer to this question.
The long version: Do AI UGC ads convert? →Why not just buy Arcads or Creatify and do this myself?
You should, if you have someone in-house who will decide the angles, write the scripts from your reviews, sit through the renders, cut the tells, and read the results every week to decide what dies. The tool is about $110 a month and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. You’re paying us for the person and the plan, not the model.
The long version: Running it yourself →Meta generates video for free inside Ads Manager. Why pay you anything?
Because free generation gets you variations of what you already have, and it has no opinion about what to make next. It’s a good reason not to pay anyone for raw volume — which is exactly why we don’t sell it.
Can you promise me a viral hit?
No, and anyone who does is lying to you. Nobody can name the video that pops. What you can do is aim well and take enough shots — angles pulled from what your buyers actually say, formats that already work in your category, and a cadence that gives the algorithm something to chew on. Then read what travelled and make more of it. That’s the whole method, and it’s the closest honest thing to a strategy for going viral.
Do I need to send product samples?
No. We work from your product photography and website. Nothing ships anywhere.
What if my product is regulated?
Tell us at intake. We work in supplements, skincare, and finance, and we’ll write to your compliance constraints. We won’t make claims your legal team hasn’t cleared — and in a few of those categories we’ll tell you to hire a real creator instead.
The long version: Regulated categories →Do I have to commit to anything?
No. Every package is a one-off — you buy a batch, we deliver it, and that is the end of it unless you buy another. No subscription, no notice period, no card kept on file, nothing to cancel.
Risk $50 before you risk a retainer.
Buy a batch now and the brief form lands in your inbox in a minute. One angle, two finished videos, three business days — and you keep the files either way.
Or just email ahmed@thousandads.com and describe what you’re spending. I’ll tell you which plan, or tell you to buy a tool instead.
